3 Matters arising;
Confirmed that our AGM is to be held at the Town Hall at 9.30 on Saturday 6th October. Our thanks to John for obtaining the venue.

Thanks also to the Town Council for a donation of £25 towards the Family Fun Day.

The new notice board has been received and will be put up as soon as possible, David will be liaising with the probation service who will be doing the work. It would be good to have a press release when the work is complete. Unfortunately, the Llanelli Star is not proving to be very efficient at publicizing local news.
The Rotary Club have contacted David stating that they have some money available that they would like to donate towards the cost of trees. Thought that this could be used for shrubs instead to balance up the boarders in front of the museum, as we already have trees in reserve to put in.
Susanne has thought that a Halloween Event would be good as it proved very successful last year. She will enquire if the museum is available around 27th October or 3rd November. She also thought about the possibility of a Race Night around February.
