AGREED: Secretary to pursue this through Paul Murray.

    6. Issues arising from the AGM and Open Meeting

  • The situation regarding a nomination received for being committee member was discussed. It was felt that the person concerned should have been present at the AGM to answer the questions being asked by members of the public.AGREED: The Association has sufficient committee members at the moment and if he wishes to become a committee member, he should re-submit a nomination, next year. Secretary to inform him of this.

    8. AORB

AGREED: Not to proceed with these.
  • Treasurer’s report was tabled. Guided Tours of Parc Howard have begun and there has been excellent feedback from the public
  • Philip Thomas’ book is being sold in the Mansion House (as well as other outlets).
