Easter Monday – The Museum is booked and we are holding an Easter Bunny Hunt. Liz and Helena have organised the bunnies, Susanne has booked a mobile catering unit and Eldon has agreed to bring his microphone. The event will run between 2 and 4pm. We will need as many as possible to turn up on the day to help out.
Music for the Parc – Susanne has organised the running order and liaised with the Stradey Park Hotel. Tickets are a little slow, but we will have time to concentrate on this event after Easter. Secretary to send out invitations to local councillors.
It was agreed that we should have pop– up banners ready to put on the stage for publicity. Susanne has obtained some estimates, but we need to design a logo that will stand out and also advertise the work that we do.

Fred informed us that there will be a talk in the Museum on 31st March at 11am, about the items in the collection.
