About Us
Parc Howard Association is a voluntary organisation and completely non-political.
It was established in 2010 by local people wanting to help promote awareness of the park, and ensure the estate remains in public ownership.
As a leading partner of the parkland, Parc Howard Association actively works with Carmarthenshire County Council in maintaining the extensive Edwardian gardens and undertaking repairs and upgrades, as necessary.
Each year, the association organise fun packed fund raising events to purchase much needed equipment such as plants, trees, sporting equipment, public notice boards and so much more, to help improve the park.
Money has already been set aside to help with the extensive cost of renovating the Grade II Band Stand and in 2020, the gardening volunteers undertook a complete renovation of the much loved Duck Pond and re-introduced wildfowl back into the park.
The committee meet on the first Tuesday of every month (except August) at Llanelli Town Hall.
Anyone who is interested in becoming a member, or would like to help our volunteers, then they should contact the secretary at the following email address:

We would love to hear from you.
Parc Howard is your park.
